T'ai Chi classes are offered for several populations:

1. The "Golden Cord Method," soon to be patented, offers balance practice and falls prevention for seniors.

2. T'ai Chi Yang Style form practice for beginners, gentle activity level.
​
3. T'ai Chi Yang Style form practice for intermediate students, moderate to high activity level. One to two-year commitment level, as this is for serious students only.

4. T'ai Chi Empowerment classes for survivors of abuse or PTSD​
